Refunds and cancellations

These conditions apply to advisory engagements on HR workforce metrics visualization and analytics offered by Panel WorkCore. This site does not sell physical products, software licenses, or digital subscriptions.

Payments

There is no checkout on panel-workcore.click. Session fees are agreed and paid outside the website (transfer or another method confirmed when booking). Published prices are informational.

Cancellation by the client

• 48 business hours or more before the session: full refund of amounts already paid, or free reschedule.
• Fewer than 48 business hours: 50% of the session fee is retained as a booking hold, unless documented medical or force-majeure reasons apply.
• No-show without notice: no refund for the reserved session.

Rescheduling

One date change is free if you give at least 24 business hours’ notice. Further changes may carry a 25 USD administrative adjustment, deductible from a later session.

Deposits

If a deposit is requested to hold a workshop slot, it is applied to the final fee. Cancel within the full-refund window and the deposit returns via the original payment method.

Session already started

Once a workshop, review, or clinic has begun (video or on-site), unilateral withdrawal is not refundable, except when Panel WorkCore causes a serious interruption (our technical failure or facilitator absence).

Deliverables already provided

Metric maps, briefing outlines, and checklists produced during a session are part of the service. There is no partial refund for “unused materials” after delivery.

Refund timing and method

When a refund is due, we initiate it within 10 business days of an accepted request, using the original payment method when possible. Otherwise we agree an alternate transfer.

Exceptions

Refunds do not cover business outcomes outside the advisory scope (for example, leadership rejecting a briefing after a correctly delivered workshop). Complimentary screening calls, when offered, are not refundable because no fee was charged.
